Only the candidates who get selected for the Personal Interview round are considered for the final merit list. A predesigned weightage is given to the various scores and a Final Rank given to each candidate. The Merit List and Waiting List is formed on the basis of Final Rank.

Candidates are informed about their selection status on the institute’s website, as well as, by email. Candidates who qualify in the merit list will be offered admission through an official 'Admissions Offer Letter' that they will have to sign and send back to the institute. Candidates will be given sufficient time to arrange for the first installment of fees to be paid to the institute.

The admission of candidates who do not submit the signed offer letter and the first installment to the institute by the prescribed date will stand cancelled. Candidates in the Waiting List will then be offered admission depending on the vacancies available.
